Very terrible, bought this Television through Fouani store online and it was discovered to be damaged with a bad screen after installation. TV never left the packaging or fell until I installed it. I informed Fouani and shockingly they informed me that I have to pay for the repair even though the product was delivered damaged in that condition and their so called 12 months product warranty. I am prepared to go all out legally on this company if I am not refunded or receive a working replacement.
